When you join ThreeShield, you'll work on challenges spanning SMB healthcare to hyperconverged enterprise infrastructure, from bitumen mines to rockets.
We expect and support team members to obtain CISSP and CISA credentials. You'll receive mentorship from credentialed professionals with government and Fortune 50 experience - from bitumen mines to rockets.
You won't be stuck watching a SIEM in a dark room. You'll work across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, AWS, various EDR platforms, firewalls, and the Lavawall® platform.
Most team members work from home most days. You must be based in Canada for data residency, background check, and security requirements - but commuting is rarely required.
Set coverage requirements, but Thursdays and Fridays tend to be quiet. Flex time on those days, with on-call opportunities. We don't manufacture unnecessary work hours.
After three months, you receive a credit card for training on topics that interest you - no paperwork. Standard training on PCI, emerging threats, and vendor platforms is also provided.

Work across our client base on monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance. Mentorship toward CISSP/CISA. Experience with M365, EDR, or cloud security preferred.
Client-facing security assessments, configuration work, and Lavawall® deployment. Strong IT generalist background with security interest. CISSP/CISA or working toward preferred.
Meaningful cybersecurity internship for students and early-career professionals. Work on real client engagements under CISSP/CISA mentorship.
